Still no idea, why the user's Teams suddenly stopped working. The normal client wouldn't install cleanly, ended up installing the MSI system wide installer, after that it worked. Teams is funny like that, some users have problems, others none, wait a few hours or try again the next day and the problem has resolved itself.Įdit: OK, forget that. I'll be checking back today and trying to re-install the app again. I could log the user in using the web browser and she could work after that. I have a feeling that Microsoft had a few problems in certain areas yesterday. All other users, including myself, could work without problems, so it seems to be a sporadic problem or it just affected certain users. I had a problem with a user, she was suddenly logged out of the desktop yesterday and re-installing the client, direct from the Teams website, kept saying that the app needed an update, and looped back to the Teams website, where I had just downloaded the setup file, download again, try again, same result.
